Very cozy hotel. Nice stuff. Great location. Acceptable food

Cozy smaller hotel. Good food but only one type of meat mixture (with vegetables usually) for lunch and one type of meat for dinner. But the meat was good. Young staff were very friendly. Guy at reception looked a bit like Danielle Radcliffe.There is also small pool, but big enough for rest and swim around a bit. Cleaning were lax. First day we came in the floor was already a bit messy. If you leave bakshis (tip) or whatever they call it then your room will smell with disinfection. So that is the attitude. Top shells were dusty.nAir condition was working great. Windows and balcony door to street don't inhibit noises from the street. Bed was in bad condition and making squeaking noise when I moved just a finger so I have to fix it with my DIY skills. You have also small refrigerator for your own use in the room. Another disturbing thing was electricity. Electrical outlets were lose in the wall and there were some cables hanging from the wall under ceiling. Water in shower is warm only until 10-11 pm. Most disturbing thing is, that you can't lock your room. You can not open it from the outside without key, but it's never locked just closed door.nI have lost my key somewhere in the hotel. They had to find it (cleaning lady or someone) but I still had to pay 10 € for new key. Or maybe it's still lost somewhere under couches because the mop just around them not under. There are cats walking around you if you eat outside.nStill it was pleasant to stay there. Mainly thanks to staff.

Shoud be -10 stars. :)nwas staying in this hotel last week of October. My recomendation: NEVER go to this place.n1) Broken balcony doors in my room. Was not fixed during all my stay.n2) Only cold shower (stuff was infomed lot times. did not helped).n3) bad food (not tasty, normal meat (chicken) - only once a week.n4) they are rating themselves as ALL included, but please note guys, if you drink more than two coctails or two glasses of wine per day - they can say that you are alcoholic.n5) stuff was horrible. Not plite, shouting on guests, drinking alcohol.

Nice stay! Perfect place in the middle of beautiful city.
