The hotel did not have hot water problem. Room cleaning was fine. Pesticides should be done more often in my opinion. The staff was friendly in service.

Most of the rooms from 100 to 200 in the main building of the hotel are full of bugs. The bedside sheet was dirty. There is no hot water. The hotel slippers were so thin. The moment I stepped into the bathroom, I felt an insect dead on my foot. It could have been the worst hotel I've ever seen.
