The gentleman at the consultation was very humble and helpful, but the attitude of the officer in the ISKAN department seemed to be the owner of the rate, it was quite unkind that he would always interrupt our words without asking, even before we asked the questions we asked. He is very sensitive about the mask, warns people, but he does not have any wisdom. Of course, it would not be fair to pay these attitudes to all officials. I dealt with the attitude of the officer to the right of the table against the entrance. I hope the citizens will be kind to the citizens, especially the peasants.
