Exactly 45 days ago I ordered 18 smoke detectors from their website. After 45 days, 8 smoke detectors arrived with cargo, but the smoke detector in the order was electrical, and the ones that came were battery-powered detectors. So they sent the wrong product. 10 more will come and they will probably send the wrong items again. Tekzen is a really failing store. They couldn't send my order in 45 days. Those who will prefer Tekzen should not forget that they will buy their products at least 60 days later. ABSOLUTELY DON'T RECOMMEND.

The products I ordered over the internet were not shipped even though it is 37th day. When we called the customer service several times, they said that they will be shipped this week, and 2 weeks have passed since they still did not ship. I called the customer service again and they said let's create a support form. They created a support form, but again we did not get a positive result. Tekzen is definitely not successful in online sales. They don't care about customer satisfaction. If you do not want to be a victim, it is advisable to stay away from the boat.

We took a shower cabin, it was said that it would be 4 or 5 days, but each call was delayed and it was 10 days and finally we returned.

The phone doesn't pick up when inside, but there is free WiFi.
