Considering its old version, it is very well functionalized. modern, thematic and attractive. motessori playground for kids, pond, fish in pond. There are water lilies and turtles. open and closed seating is nice. There is a balcony facing the sea. nice for weekend recreation.

Was there a need for this much cost? Did not have. I think it would be more useful if you arrange and germinate nicely, place camellias on the edges and put a playground in a safe area, like the last ones to the beach.
