In some sources Canbolai, Canboladiyye, Mosque also referred to as the work is the central structure of the Canbolat Pasha Complex. Canpolat Bey was a fan of Mevlana Celaleddinin-i Rumi; He built this mosque in front of the tekke he built in his name and named it Tekke Mosque. In addition to the technical features it carries, the structure is different from similar structures in its region. In addition to local technical practices, it is integrated with Ottoman art. This structure, which is the most important mosque of Kilis in terms of appearance architecture, is the north side and the sentence door, the windows to the east and west of the door, the tiles on the window pediments, the cherts and the rosettes under the cherts are artfully combining art. Outside the entrance of the building, there are windows on the three sides of the building. All of these windows are rectangular with plain wefts and the sillings are black, yellow marble. Surrounded by medrese cells, the mosque has a large courtyard and a magnificent entrance door. To the right of the courtyard, which is decorated with white stones, has a double-ring well and a stone ablution hall in front of it. A single large dome covering the harim, the last five-arched congregation place and square plan form the basic features of the structure. The dome, which has a polygonal pulley, is the largest dome of Kilis with a diameter of 14.40 40 meters. The last congregation place and the whole area of the harim are covered with domes; The large dome is notable for its magnificent appearance and harmonious harmony with other domes. The careful and orderly processing of the mihrab's stones gives information about the construction date of the mosque according to some art historians. The semicircular mihrab is one of the two mihrabs that maintain the originality of Kilis. It carries the traces of Zengi and Mamluk art with ornaments and interlocking motifs used in making colorful marble. In 1553, the minbar is climbed with nine stone steps. All of them are colored marble and attract attention with their geometric and floral decorations. The minaret is in the northwest corner of the mosque, right next to the last congregation. The rostrum has four corners, the body is polygonal and has three bracelets. Under the cheers are the muqarnas. The honeycomb on the cheers is round and the cone is conical. The mosque has the highest minaret among the historical mosques of Kilis.

The historical location of the building is a place to be visited as a whole with its complementary historical structures in the neighborhood. KİLİS is also a place that comes from ancient times and is open to worship today. Historic architecture is reflected by the same.
