While I was living in Zonguldak, I have been calling for about 6 days for a transaction that can only be done directly from the branch by calling the branch, telephone banking or a transaction that can be done from the branch, while I was living in Zonguldak, my phone was answered twice; then it was closed in my face. I called the line 140 dozens of times, they opened it twice and hung it up in my face again. However, when I called another Akbank branch in Antalya for a similar job, I was able to answer the first call and get quick support to get things done. I could not match this attitude of the Zonguldak central branch to a well-established and corporate firm like Akbank.
