On our way to KARS...Surprisingly big....clean...comfortable...modern designed...family room...Kind and Helpfull Staff...Very nice breakfast...Closed Car Park facility (which is very comfortable at Winter especially) Certainly it will be our regular Hotel on the while driving to East Anatolia...

It's really the number 10 hotel, but it would be better for them to pay attention to the cleaning of the toilet bowl and the dust under the bed.nAll the pillows too thick

THE HOTEL IS VERY QUALITY AND VERY COMFORTABLE. BUT ONLY THE SOUND OF THE WATER COMING FROM THE BATH OF THE SIDE ROOM, WHICH I THINK IS SPECIAL IN THE ROOM I HAVE STAYED, WAS LIKE IN MY ROOM.

It deserves 5 stars very much, that is, we did not give 5 stars, Familya Hotel bought it itself, quality if quality, cleanliness, service if service, it definitely meets your expectations from a stay, it has a parking garage and the best part is that these fees are very reasonable, we can say it is one of the rare hotels we stay.

Performance is much heavier in clean comfortable economic price performance balance, it can definitely be thicknBut do not use the toaster for breakfast, if you accidentally burn it, the waiter may treat you as ignorant
