There are always very long waiting times. There are very few branches in the region, everyone comes here, but if there is 1 person at the box office, there are at most two people if they are not engaged in any other business. The employees work in good faith, but the number of staff working at the box office is absolutely small. I enter other banks next to me, I finish my job in 5 minutes, I wait for at least 40 minutes every time, even for the smallest transaction in this Akbank Branch. The most inefficient bank branch I have ever seen ...
