I had an operation in this hospital, the doctors and nurses are very successful. But the administration is a disgrace. Workers at the counters skip their jobs and are nervous. Sometimes nobody is around, unfortunately, we have to dive into the doctor's room without support. While the procedures to be done are in their hands, while the referral is in their hands, they do not give a price on the phone for the time of the pandemic, in vain go to the hospital, deal with the doctor, create a danger of contagion to a lot of patients and people with low immunity ... Many private hospitals have already started online examinations for such patients. We cannot give a price on the phone like this, this is our policy, etc. A hospital that threatens the health of patients and employees and is managed by purely money-oriented peasant cunning is actually committing a crime. That's why even one star is too much, I just give it for my interpretation to be seen. Hospital policy that threatens public health is a crime.

I went to the doctor, Şeref Öztürk, in the neurosurgery department of Duygu Hospital, because of my neck pain in the past days, I was examined, a really good doctor, hospital staff, I recommend it to everyone with a smile. Health is everything.
