The WORST place ever!!! they kept a package sent from Germany for 3 weeks, with no notification or email, the status was being held at the post office, so i came there to pick it up and they opened the box in front of me and said there were some prohibited items that cannot be sent to turkey! but it IS ALREADY in turkey and it went through customs! It is in the middle of nowhere, i just spent the whole day to go there for nothing! You cannot treat customers like that and if something is prohibited then do the necessary measures to inform the customer before hand! You do not even deserve one star!

I am Turkish and I am shamed of this post service we have called PTT.. Everything should be demolished about PTT should make new one from zero.. Needs renovation and more pro people. Workers there have no idea what they are doing and the way they treat people is so bad.. We need to have another post service maybe so that there will be competition, so you will not stuck only in one hand!
