Turkish Airlines Investor Relations

If you are planning to Travel with Turkish airlines, DON'T. Flow business class along with my cat as carry on from Dubai to Colombia and transiting in Istanbul. In Istanbul they told we are sorry but another passenger booked before you for carry on. Is that my problem if the airline had an error and overbooked. They didn't give me any choice but to move my cat to cargo and they told me that I have to pay for a hard shell carrier. Second, I lost my bag at the airport and after so many emails, they told me to hire a cargo company to collect my bag. It's included in my ticket, simply they could send it on the next flight but they are so stingy and lazy. Hope you don't fall in the same trap as I did. So better don't use this airline.

I came to turkey from Bangladesh by this airline. The service of this company is good. They are improving day by day. The environment of main office is good. The behavior of their personnel and reception system is not bed. Best wishes for Turkish airlines from Bangladeshi people.

My sister charged 560 Canadian Dollars by Turkish Airlines in Istanbul for not having a luggage allowance for her ticket. She paid only 50$ Canadian when she left Canada to go to Turkey and other way around is literally 11 times more! It is very sad, that Turkish airline crew overcharging the passenger, who are not prepared for kind of service.

If you have kids or you are senior, don't fly with Turkish to Istanbul, no courtesy for kids and seniors and people with disability. buses dont have ramp. The food service and the flight by it self is good though

One everything goes right it's just fine.nBut if anything goes wrong they're one of the worst. They simply don't care about you. Like thx whatever take care, we're not going to help you with the problem we've put you into. Buy a new ticket or get out
