Turkish airline customer service is worst, they should learn Emirates Airline or all other airlines where they treat customer with respect. Turkish Airline need to improve customer service otherwise customer will pick other airlines. Bad food served on flight, very bad service

Extremely mismanaged people. Our 76 year old mother cannot get the refund after her ticket had to be canceled due to Corona virus. People in the office don't have the slightest idea about the process and are giving her very difficult time. It seems they don't want to return the money. We are very disappointed in Turkish people. All of my friends have received money from other airlines for canceled tickets. It seems Turkish love the money so much that they would dare to give hard time to an elderly woman. Shame on you!

I did my 1 month internship here, which was awesome experience to see How Ground Office of Turkish Airlines Operates, Personell is also very friendly everyone is so kind and helpfull only one draw back would be is location is bit off due its near a high way and not that easy to find transport here especially at 5 PM heavy traffic might be annoying, i sure recommend as good place to work or do intern if you looking for You get benefits of Using Services for transportation and Free meal at afternoonnoverall is great place to workn(sorry no pics allowed inside building so i cant post)
