I am not satisfied with the public bank at all.nWhen I want to meet with the public Diolog, they make me wait for an average of 30 minutes on the phone and then they say that customer service is very intense and they close my face. Then, I am calling the bank, and there is information that you are transferred to the relevant person, and the other person hangs up directly without asking who I am, what I am calling for.nI hope that if an official reads this article and turns back to me, I would be very pleased.

We have been in the queue for exactly 2 hours. There are 4 teller but 1 of them works. service is zero. they treat customers badly. and we are still waiting.
