Hello there,nnI'm very happy with service at okutan dental clinics. especially the pataient support team as Elahah, Christopher and Asmaa have have been there always if we had any questions.nnI recommend okutan dental clinics highly.

Okutan was really quick to respond and everything went smoothly.nnI’ve contacted several clinics in Istanbul. Okutan, Chris was the first one to contact me back within 24hours, and asked what were my issues. Sent to Chris the pictures (x-rays and photos), and I got back the recommendation very quickly with the full package from Chris.nAnd all other clinics took their time to respond me back and asked for panoramic X-ray, which you can’t get in the UK without referral.nnI booked my flight tickets and Chris confirmed everything, pick up time, driver’s name and even sent the driver’s picture, so I would recognise him on arrival.nOn arrival to Istanbul airport, the driver met me and took me to the hotel and helped with check in. Everything went smoothly.nThe hotel Marriott was lovely, clean, helpful staff and along all the standards with Marriott hotels in the world.nChris arranged pick up/drop off to the hotel to each appointment. He even went with me to the local mini market to help me to get some fruit and other stuff I needed, and went with me to exchange my money. He couldn’t have been more helpful.nnThe clinic was clean and COVID measures even better than in the UK. Staff are so lovely, helpful and so kind. They put me at ease when I was nervous before the procedure. The procedure went so smoothly, my doctor Serhan and Dr Serra were amazing!nnChris was always on other end of the phone all the time, before my travel, whilst I was in Istanbul and afterwards.nnNow awaiting for my second visit and can’t wait :).nnI highly recommend Okutan clinic to everyone.nnNarkiz from UK.nnUpdate for the second trip:nMy second trip was again great. All organised well again. Inserted 3 Implants in like 20 mins and perfect. Vip service was excellent again! Still happy with everything and everyone! The Doctor of course amazing!!!
