My Cargo Has Not Been Delivered To My AddressnOn 11.02.2021, I received a message stating that they did not deliver my cargo because they could not find it at home and they put a note, but we were at home and the note was not posted, I informed the customer service.n12.02.2021 today I received a message that they could not find them at home, but we are at home again.nI request my cargo to be delivered to me.nnThe next day I asked a friend to get my cargo, he went to pick it up, but they didn't deliver it, so I can't find anything to say frivolous.

Since I am pregnant during this pandemic period, I do not leave home and I order my receivables over the internet.While all the cargoes find me at home, ptt cargo can not find me at home, it sends a message and it says to get it from the branch. ? If you came, you pressed the bell, no one opened it, maybe there is no electricity, you can call it by phone or you can not ring, the person waiting for cargo calls back anyway. Ptt does not do the cargo job carefully !!

It has been a terrible cargo in 4 weeks, they still could not bring a cargo, it was a birthday gift, they were too late and they still do not bring it.

Such a lousy business cannot and should not be! Until now, I haven't received any of my cargo even though I was at home! They never need to use a device called a telephone, when I call it always gets faxed! God do not let anyone fall into their hands !!!

I stayed at home because I was sick but nobody brought me my order, just sent me a message, my order items are waiting !!! Another cargo order arrived that day, unfortunately only PTT sent me a message, but no one came
