It is not possible to reach the branch by phone. I have called more than 100 times in total for 2 days, first we say welcome to come out of an answering machine, then it automatically shuts down after playing 4-5 times or it shuts itself off after 20 minutes of playing interruption.
When I entered the branch there were 6 people and I waited for 1 hour and 7 minutes. Nobody tell me about the online appointment system. When I go to the branch, people who develop it should open a panel that you can make an appointment at this time, or the system should warn me that “you have so much waiting time“. While I was really waiting, I was ashamed to work with this bank for years. While people could not allocate 1 hour to them, I was really bored while waiting in the bank for 1 hour.nnThere are also 3 box office in the branch and 2 box office works. One of the working toll booths often can not work properly because they pick up the phones. I certainly do not have a word to friends working at the box office, they are trying to do their work in a series, but I do not know where to complain to those who do not take measures.
