Great smoking lounge located in the gardens of the Ciragan Palace (Kempinski Hotel). Nicely decorated, very chic. Perfect to enjoy a drink before dinner. Nice selection of wines, champagnes and cocktails.
Last summer, it is a place where we had a pleasant family time. The cocktails were delicious and the presentation was very good. Hope to see you again soon.
