Great hotel clean and tidy and modern. Decent staff and management in the middle of basiktas so good locality and easy access to local shops and markets.

Nice staff and clean, spacious rooms. If you need anything at all, just tell them and it will be solved in a few minutes! It is a fantastic hotel and the location is perfect too. They have shuttle service too in case you need it.

The good: spacious rooms, good shower, kind personnel and decent breakfast. The not so good: the cheap mattress, not ideal for back problems. Location is excellent and Besiktas is a very pleasant and lively neighborhood. Advice: taxi from/to Istanbul airport (the new one) costs about 120-150 TL, much less than the ride offered by the hotel (EUR40).
