The bank is really inefficient, the individual on the top floor is very slow, they take one person in 45 minutes, without waiting downstairs, the employees at the door next to the counter below are constantly behaving so unconsciously with exaggerated laughter like the brothel women !!! This is a bank, a state bank, a shame, a bit of work ethics, a bit of work discipline !!! This is the result if you hire people whose personality does not have a carafe vision !!! Take the people who will represent the bank well, a citizen advice !!!!

I came to Ziraat Bank twice and didn't get enough information about the topic I wanted. 2. I went to do the payment I made every month I can not pay the tax office said you need to go in a rough tone. Last month I came to pay I said I've said my mouth blocked my mouth then said so now. I went out. I didn't try to pay at the ATM. I came in again, this time I took the male employee came to my turn to the gentleman told the situation he took the payment did not say tax office or something. I mean, it's been meeking about your employee's insufficient knowledge and grief. I just want respect. I haven't been here any more. I am now going to the Ziraat bank in the Mimar Sinan neighborhood. So polite, I know there is no sincerity there is no sincerity. No nonsense. Anyway, good luck to your heart. Love your soul ...
