Hello,nFirst of all, I would like to state that I came to your institution 15 minutes before my appointment time on September 7, but still waited for hours. I was sitting on the sofa for 1 hour and waiting for half an hour in the room where my examination was to be done, without anyone coming. At the end of an hour and a half, a 1-minute examination was made, and even the doctor asked the clinic staff why I was kept waiting so long. After 1 week, my treatment was completed and Doctor Atacan told the lady at the consultation that she should call me after 1 month for other treatment. Although 2 months have passed, no caller has been made. I called the clinic at 11:00 this morning and explained my situation, saying that they would call during the day and again they did not make any return. I called again at 16.00 and stated this situation, and the lady I spoke with said in a nice language that these situations were not written down. You are a clinic that we have preferred for years as a family, but I would like to state that such a beautiful clinic has made a bad impression due to the communication gap between the employees. You should do something urgently for this situation!nI wish you a good day.

It is a clinic that shows the necessary sensitivity in terms of hygiene and appointment, especially during the pandemic period. There may be a difficult place in terms of appointment, but when you see the patient seating arrangement that maintains social distance when you go, I saw that it is different from other clinics and they do not have the mentality of 'don't let the patient run away, let's see immediately'. Quality work is done by specialist dentists. I went to Mr. Koral for root canal treatment and I was very pleased. His hand is very light and I did not have any pain after the treatment. Thanks to the measures taken, you can go comfortably, especially during this period. I would recommend it to everyone.

For root canal treatment, Koral Bey worked in very difficult areas and worked wonders, to speak for himself. Tuğba is a good doctor who will eliminate your worries and make you think that you are unnecessarily afraid. It helps a lot whenever I go. All precautions have been taken, an immaculate clinic. All of the doctors are experts and very interested in their field. Me and my wife, Erhan Bey, was cured. He was very interested, explanatory, light-handed, and after all the treatments he did, we had no problems. Nihan also treated the teeth of our 4-year-old son. He understood the language of the children, patiently, and took his anxiety in every process he would do to our son one by one, without fear of crying.
