Good food but bad service when it’s busy

I think that the old man standing at the checkout should be evaluated in other works.

Gummy double turk coffee. It didn't suit my palate. Classic milk double Turkish coffee is good. But besides they do not give napkins, refreshments are nice and service is fast.

I stopped by for ice cream. The ice cream was quite nice. But I don't know what to say to the waiter who served ice cream. Should I not start wearing gloves and repeat the same sentence 3-4 times; or from the relationship with the telephone ... it is important that the managers working in the service sector select and train the service providers as well as the quality of the goods they produce.

The venue is beautiful products quality. Service is very good. Prices are a bit high in proportion to all the facilities which are good. The mocha in the photo sounds exactly like the menu. Blow dry is recommended.
