Hot water is available without drinking coffee at night. There is no hot water until 21.00 when everyone is in the shower afterwards!nUnfortunately, there is no ski room. For rental ski and shoe events, you have to pay for the closet rent. The meals in the hotel are not salt, chicken, macaroni, weird sausage (the taste is awful, I think the chicken) cheese and olives that you will not take home for breakfast ...nThe wimps in the room are stained, the bed windows are stained. It sucks to go skiing and returning from the hotel to the hotel is awful so the location is very opposite to the slopes.

First of all, let me state that it is a hotel where those who do not have much expectation from the hotel and prefer to ski all day and sleep in their rooms will stay. The rooms are low, the ceiling is low and not too big. Heating was sufficient, fridge was not working, hot water in shower was not enough. Our room was on 3 floors and there was no elevator, but when we told the employees they were helpful immediately. They even helped us put on our ski shoes, even though they were not on duty. Their food is tasty but filling with little variety. Drinks are available all day. Employees have a very different family warmth than the hotels in Uludağ. When you go downstairs, they bring your drink without even asking you. I would like to thank Mr. Aydın for his interest and help.
