We were fooled by the attractive images in the photos, but it doesn't have much of a feature.

Background: The mosque was not built after the lake was built. Before the lake was built, it was used by the surrounding stony plateau. Bolu - Seben road was passing from the edge. However, after the lake was built, the houses and the road became unusable because the houses on the plateau, mosque and road were flooded. The route was changed and rebuilt. The mosque, on the other hand, was not left abandoned like other houses, it became accessible by filling the mosque road.

You leave Bolu and continue in the direction of Gölcük and reach Seben plateau and lake. Of course, the water level had dropped a little while we were there. Therefore, the image was somewhat unwanted. They even blocked the road so that vehicles could not enter. The clean and clear air of the plateau and the magnificent stance of the lake are very beautiful. I hope interested people make it more attractive with walking paths, bike paths, some maintenance and other activities ud83dude09
