We stayed for 3 nights and unfortunately we were disappointed. We made our reservation for a standard room in line with the room visuals, but we stayed in a room that was unrelated to the visuals, the shower cabin was old and unfortunately the bathroom was never hygienic. Even on the curtains of the room, the cornice buttons looked broken and awful. The inside of the mini fridge they put in the room was very dirty. They should urgently rework room # 2. Due to the constant power outage in the region and the room being warmed by only the air conditioner, we suffered from this issue. Likewise, there was no hot water flowing from the shower and we informed the reception 2 times for this and we were taken care of after we informed. We were not asked whether we were satisfied or not even once for 3 days. They shared their problems with Sedaş about the power outage while we were checking out from the hotel and felt the need to apologize, but I think that the problem with Sedaş should not be a problem for the guests staying at the hotel, as a business, they should solve this urgently.

The standard 3-person room was bigger than we expected. If we evaluate the breakfast as f / p but not sprinkle, it was quite enough. room was clean, hot water, clean towels etc. We did not have any problems with matters. garden was beautiful. It met our expectations for a quiet holiday away from the city, the price is also very affordable

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Ali, the owner of the hotel, and Tacettine, his employee who did not say one. It is a number ten place, from the service they provide to the good-humored people to make us feel like we are at home. It is definitely a perfect place for those who want to go without thinking. We are with my wife and child. we went and left very satisfied.

The owner of the business, Mr. Ali, is a very kind and kind person, as a Caucasian, we also like that they are of Circassian origin, they are also of Circassian origin 😇 The interest is very nice, the staff is also helpful with the same quality and interest, it is a place we can recommend to everybody with complacency. anyway
