When I decided to ride from Istanbul to Marmaris in May 2006, the first thing I did was to review my 15-year bike (Dawes, The Edge) and apply to Ali's Sport for the necessary maintenance. In addition to taking care of my bicycle in the best possible way, Mehmet Ali also gave me some technical suggestions that I found useful during my journey, and I would like to thank him once again. Although the overall structure of the bicycle may seem simple at first glance, I think that every bicycle lover needs a good master; because the bike has a fine-tuning structure, both mechanically and ergonomically, and these settings, maintenance or inspection needs to be done with a knowledgeable, experienced, attentive approach. In short, as in every technical issue, it is very important that one trusts the master. Mehmet Ali must have given me this much confidence that when I thought of buying a new bike, I took advantage of his opinions and suggestions and after using the new bike (Trek 700) I had obtained from him for thirteen years, he fell on the long roads with enthusiasm again in April 2018.
