Nightmare scenario for an avid photographer visiting Istanbul for the first time! I dropped my Canon 5D Mark III with a Canon 16-35MM 2.8 lens attached to it. I almost thought about it as a total loss of both, camera and lens. I was fortunate to find Tolga. He was very responsive and quickly evaluated the damage. I had my camera and lens back with me in just a couple of days! The images I captured after are impeccable. Thank you Tolga!

I left it to clean the dust inside my lens. The cargo was wrapped tightly and the last lens was placed in a de-aerated bag. I really like the packaging, good luck to you. But I cannot say the same praise for your craftsmanship in cleaning the inside of the lens. I left the lens inside to clear the dust, but there is visible dust inside. I mean I don't worry about it, that's all you can do. The main problem was that the plastic ring surrounding the front element of the lens was sent to me before it was fully fitted. I don't understand how you posted it this way. No matter how hard I tried to fit it in, I couldn't do it and I stopped trying to damage it last. Also, you damaged when removing the front plastic part. I hope the parts that are not fully seated will not cause trouble in the future. Still, thank you for your hard work. Good luck with.

I had a problem with my Zhiyun crane 2. Very professionals inform the phone via e-mail and call and report the status of the device. They are kindly helpful whenever I call. As long as this happens, they will continue to be in the leading position anyway. Best regards from Adana.
