I was taking food from them on a regular basis. They were supplying me with a hard-to-find food, I was buying bulk. I was very grateful. However, they told me that they could not give me more food by expanding on a subject that would never be enlarged, and that they were also very busy. Unfortunately, both my cat and I were in a very difficult situation right now ... I don't think we deserve this attitude.
