It is impossible for a person not to be happy in such calm, quiet and peaceful places. Nature Park consists of two parts. You can walk around the dam and take very nice photos. If you want, you can have a picnic around the dam and relax. There is no admission fee, either. Frankly, we are very satisfied. If you are looking for a quiet picnic area, you should definitely stop by here.

Ankara is worth seeing if it is a little far away. Not too many woodlands, the trees are new, but the lake view, the barbecue places are nice.

The site, located on the edge of Kapulukaya Dam Lake in the Karaahmetli Village of the Bahşılı District of Kırıkkale Province, was declared as Karaahmetli Nature Park on 23 July 2009. Its area is 1070 decares. Except for the 140 decares of land, the whole area is treasury land.nnWithin the boundaries of Karaahmetli Nature Park, 201 genera, 235 species, 27 subspecies and 6 varieties belonging to 51 families have been identified. 7 endemic plant species have been identified.nnA total of 63 bird species, 12 reptile species, 15 mammal species live within the boundaries of the Nature Park and in its immediate vicinity, and 13 fish species in Kapulukaya Dam Lake. Kapulukaya Dam Lake is the habitat of the endangered otter (Lutra lutra).
