I can say that was an awful experience in a four star hotel!nThere is no air conditioner, no safe box, no tissue in the room, very average breakfast (worse than a hustle)!nThe only good point about this hotel is the location!

Such a nice hotel..Excellent and polite service everywhere. Location is everything at hotels. You are in walking distance to landmarks, shopping, restaurants..No need to worry about transportation! Staff at the hotel are amazing. They are hospitable and they welcome to you with their smiling faces and positive energy!

Everything was perfect. I like this hotel so much. Staff are helpfull and have smiling face. It's new open hotel but they are really professional. I'll stay in Taht Palace Hotel next time too.

Wonderful manager called Ersin who really went out of his way to look after us. He has a great attentive team of staff too . Location of hotel was good too close to all amenities

Not so good. From the outside it looks like a good place but there is no air conditioning, no fridge, no mini bar, no proper mirror, the inroom telephone system does not work. No smoke alarm. The good channels on tv don't work. The breakfast was very very average for a hotel that charges above average. Only white bread, no coffee, no honey. The strong smell of cigarette smoke in my room during the night was very uncomfortable for a nonsmoker. Too much noise in the corridor prevented me from sleeping in. Overall it was not a good experience for me. I don't recommend this hotel. Next time i will not stay here.
