They are extremely unprofessional. They tried to put me in Hammam with men along with a man who does the Skin exfoliation. Once I realized I asked to be taken care of a woman, they were not kind. They claimed the hamam is mixed with both woman and man; which is not true. They just closed one of them to avoid extra cost. They also claimed that this was normal - having both women and men together in the same hamam. This place is a joke. Because they charge you before the service, they did not refund me fully. They argued and act like a mafia. I did not receive my money back. This place was a horrifying experience. Do not waste your money!

I highly recommend this massage parlor, warm welcome from Ms. Canan and her teams and I would like to conclude with the masseuse Dewi an expert and very kind Indonesian, which is certainly the best I have done.
