However, the so called manager at the reception Susanna played around with me by promising that there wouldn’t be any men at the time when I was going to have a massage procedureand she wouldn’t make any other bookings. To be clear - I do not feel comfortable with men being around and it was promised that they’d arrange that for me a day before when I paid the advance sum. Overall, I paid for the full package which was about 60-70 euros. I didn’t expect to go to the sauna, but it was included. As there men and I could hear their voices, I refused to go to the sauna.nI had massage which was great thanks to the wonderful massage therapist Nina.nAt the end, I came up to the reception to say that the men thing was not arranged as promised. The lady mentioned above said they wouldn’t charge me more as they did something else to me. The lady raised her voice which was rude. That was unbelievable as I paid for the full package and instead of accepting that they couldn’t arrange what they promised to me men-wise on the day, she started talking about the money. Lying is the worst thing. I’d prefer if the lady simply apologized. Yet, after she started talking about the money it was me who could request a refund.nI think respect comes first no matter how good the salon is good.nI cannot recommend this place.

Fantastic SPA Experience. Me and my husband have the Turkish Bath and 60 minutes massage. Thanks to our Turkish lady and indonesian girl who done our massages. They are both fantastic. I do apologise for forgetting your names. Will highly recommend and definitely go back again.

If you are with your family then you definitely want to give this place a miss. My wife and daughter felt so violated. not recommended..nI visited with my family and as a group we were told we will be together,, but we only stayed together in the steam room after that we were all separated everything was rushed.nMy wife was having a hamam bath whilst other men were walking in the room for there baths..nSame with my daughter.. my 7 year old daughter was refused a massage cause she was too small even tho we had paid for her..nAnd the lady at the front desk acted like everything is ok, and she could not speak English or understand us very well.. but she definitely understood us went we arrived..

Very rushed, I also paid £20 extra service for feet head massage and stone they had cold stones on my chest only. Feet felt it’s a baby massaging and no head massage, I asked where is my head massage he said you was sleeping it was very rubbish I feel ashamed even giving 1 star it should be minus - 1 starnVery bad please do not pay extra. Lady is smart of selling.

If you want the WORST experience in your life PLEASE PLEASE visit do not hesitate.
