Nevali Hotel

As soon as you walk through the door everyone is friendly and nice. Reception is friendly and the breakfast is amazing with amazing views. I love this hotel.

Perfect place to stay and walk around. Great Spa facilities. Good breakfast.

The restaurant was very good, my greetings to the cook, and to the couple of managers at the reception that were very nice when we were leaving. But.nWe have booked the superior non-smoking suit with the bathtub we really wanted and air conditioner on Agoda.nnFirst room was without a bathtub, I have asked receptionist to gave another room, with a bathtub, and shipping gave me second room without bathtub.nnI have asked three more times and showed the picture of the bathtub, because she didn't speak English well enough, and she said that hotel doesn't have anything like a bathtub.nnCommunication with her was very unpleasant, and both evenings every time I should have get down to the reception and show her my request translated to Turkish because of her bad English with is inadequate for the 5 star hotel receptionist.nnI then showed her a picture of this hotel's room with a bathtub in Agoda app, and finally she gave me the right room. But the air conditioner was broken.nnWe have waited for an hour and a half in the very hot and stuffy room for the technician, who came and said that the whole hotel's cooling system is not working.nnMustafa, the Porter, who spoke English very well, then called the receptionist and arranged us a room on the northern side of the building with more than one window to make the room colder without working air conditioner, but it was without the bathtub, and he didn't mind to tell us that he moved us to the smoking floor.nnAlso he have lied to us that the hotel is full and we can't get the right room this night, only for the next night.nnThe next day we got the fifth room, finally without the smell of the cigarettes, on the northern side and with a bathtub, but it showed up there was no bathtub plug in the room, and the bathtub they gave us wasn't working, and the water pressure in the bathtub was too low because of the broken faucet, so it haven't allowed us to fill the bathtub normally.nnI have asked to take a bath in the other room, as there was plenty of free rooms nearby on this floor, but the receptionist rejected my request and said it is impossible and everything would be fixed.nnHe even raised her voice at me when I have asked her to see the problem for herself and that it can't be fixed before our bedtime.nnAfter the 20 minutes of waiting the technician had fixed the bathtub plug but he could not fix the faucet.nnThere was a shower cabin nearby, but the hose was to short to put in the bathtub.nnWhen I asked again to take a bath in another room, he said the all the rooms have the same issue and the problem is in the water pressure at the whole hotel.nnHe lied to us, because when we surrendered and decided to take a shower, we found out that the pressure was very good even in the same room in the faucet of the same type.nnIt was the second lie and the third refusing to give us what we have paid for. It was awfull experience, we are badly unsatisfied with this service and we think the hotel don't deserve the 5 star rating.nnIf you would took away one star for each room that haven't had all the things we have paid for, there will left not a single star.
