In my opinion one star is way too much for a hospital who gives out wrong medication and tells lies and misdirects you not telling the truth and for some reason charges double to foreigners its really stupid considering the fact that instead of saying they don’t know what’s going on they just waffle definitely will not go again

It took me 3 days to finish a procedure that would take 2 or 3 hours in any other hospital.

Our doctor in Defa Life asked us to come back after one week. When we try to get an appointment for control, they refused to give us an appointment because no available time as they said, although we called them 3 times during three days. So we should pay the fees again! It is not our responsibility to find a time for control. It is the hospital responsibility.nnUPDATE:n--------------nIt's true that we have 10 days for control. When I returned for control I didn't pay anything. But the appointments employee told me we have only 8 days for control, so I rate by only one star. Anyway, I will update my review to be 4 instead of 1. Thank you.

The children's medical department is excellent.nThe place is clean and medical care very good totally but just the nurses and assistants are rude and irresponsible.
