Goreme National Park

Spectacular nature area with many different types of rock formations in different shapes and colors. There are other places where they have similar things, but here you can find all of them in one place and a small area. Highly recommended to visit this place and to watch it from the air in a hot air balloon. You will never forget this. Just fantastic.

A must see! A diffrent Experience

We did the hot air balloon, beautiful to see from the air. I would totally recommend it, amazing and stunning views of the caves and homes. I'm not sure if you can drive by this, certain parts I know you can't drive by it, can only see it from the air.

This is where the hot air balloons take off. We were fortunate enough to get to catch a ride in the balloons in December. It was our 4th try, but we finally had good enough weather for a balloon flight and it was AWESOME!

The hiking trails possible in this park are almost unlimited. There quite good indication but be ready to go through rough time paths some times. Go early to avoid the hot weather of mid day. There is several tea spot along the way. Bring cash and try an orange pomegranate juice.
