He did guide properly keeping our best interests in mind & helped us in all the bookings & offered us a good rate as well.nnOnce in cappadocia, we used his :n1. Rent bike servicen2. ATV Tourn3. Green tour.nnAll the three were equally good in what was promised.nnAnd they also picked us up from the hotel & dropped us to the bus stand even though they had no obligation to do so.nnIt was their approach which really touched us & left a lasting impressionnnI would highly recommend you to get in touch with them over WhatsApp / Mail for your bookings. Helpful chap. Best time for quad biking is just before the sunset tour. Go on your own, cheaper, can go faster , less dust

We where a group of 6 people in total and the owner Osman had no big car for all of us, so he called another agency to ask a big car, the other agency name is Novella.nThe car came and we made the car rental contract with another person who was from Novella.nNot a professional contract, they didn't accepted credit card and wanted cash for deposit, we gave 100 dollars. The car even didn't had enough gasoline until the next gas station which made us nervous and stressed. The back mirror inside the car fell down while they didn't fixed it and we had to come back 15 km to show it to the car rental agency, they said it is no problem and didn't fixed it we had to drive without a back mirror which was very uncomfortable and dangerous. After returning the car back after 2 days the lady who checked the car demanded money for the mirror which was their fault. Osman the owner didn't helped to assist us about this unwanted situation. Then we rented 5 bicycles from Osman for 3 hours but the condition of the bicycles was not that good and they give us them without a periodic check. 2 of the bicycles dropped several times chaines on the road and one totally crashed after we fixed it. So we called the agency and they send us another spare bicycle but we had to wait approximately 40 minutes. After coming back to the agency they demanded 80 TL for the crashed gear which was their fault, we refused it and didn't payed but it was not a nice situation. Overall we didn't liked the attitude of the people of Silk Road Rental Agency.

We had a really good experience with them. Rented car with with them twice. The guys are friendly and very helpful. My wife left her expensive goggles in the car and they were kind enough to return them.nnAlso booked airport shuttle with them and everything went as planned.

The car was really gud and the staff seemed to be friendly in the beginning. When the time came to return the car they charged us 1000TL they told we went off road for an hour near rose valley... we are confident that we went only in the road google told us to go. And in cappadocia everywhere it's like desert how the hell will outsiders/foreigners know which road is legal or illegal to use. We wer helpless we had to pay the money . The staff was really rude and demanding that time. Blackmailed us as he had our passport. This incident felt really like scam. I want the future tourists to keep themselves away from this fraud . We have been driving even in Iceland no one cheated us like this.
