Offering the opportunity to learn outside of school Kozakli Adult Education Center located in Turkey and the organizational structure of the whole country, out of school youth issues in different educational institutions are offering personal development opportunities. In the centers that have training opportunities for the development of young people who both dropped out of school, attended school and graduated from school in many different subjects, besides technical training, trainings on social and cultural issues were offered to the participation of young people. Most of the courses continue for free. Detailed information about the courses can be obtained from Public Education Centers located in each province.
