Pleasant Hotel Apartment in the Heart of FethiyenThe one-bedroom apartments are spacious and well laid out. With some assistance from management (Shout-out to Selhan who brought us a kitchen table and 2 chairs), we were able to set ourselves up to work on our laptops. The kitchenette was well equipped, the bedroom and lounge area were comfy, and the bathroom almost had enough hot water for two back-to-back showers (take a fifteen-minute break between showers and you’ll be fine).nnThere is a building going up diagonally across from the Midtown Fethiye Residences, and some of the surrounding streets have been closed to traffic for maintenance work. Surprisingly, the construction noise wasn’t too bad – but arranging a taxi for drop off and pick up was a bit of a problem. At least there was an elevator to get our bags upstairs after having to drag them for a couple of blocks on arrival.nnAll-round a pleasant stay – we will return.

Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the business where we stayed for 3 nights. Although we arrived in the afternoon, nobody welcomed us and nobody took care of us during our stay. room and service is very inadequate. the refrigerator does not cool at all. We were able to get the hair dryer and iron on request. The drying rack was broken. We stayed in a room with a duplex roof. However, the photos always show the largest rooms. The room on the upper floor is very uncomfortable and it is very difficult to use the upper bathroom. In general, the materials are of poor quality and deteriorate or break in a single use. Also, although it has 2 bedrooms, it is too narrow for 4 people. seating area and dining table inadequate. There wasn't even any extra toilet paper in the room. The water was flowing very weakly. taking a shower is not very comfortable. If we come to conquer again, I do not think to stay. I don't think it costs 500 TL ($ 70) per night.

It is immaculate and tidy. Thanks to our brother at the reception, he helped us with a very smiling face. In the very center of Fethiye, close to everywhere. Preferable.
