Joy Lettings

Stayed in the villa FT07 which was lovely. Had a warm welcome when we arrived and as we had a late evening flight had a welcome pack which was much appreciated. All the rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Pool and gardens were well maintained. About a 15 minute walk to town. Certainly hope to be returning next year.

The only thing that let the apartment we stayed in was the safe was at the back of kitchen cupboard and too far back not accessible for me or my husband who are both disabled it was lucky we had our granddaughter with us who could get down to it for us. Another thing was the bushes and plants outside the belcony they were too overgrown and the prickly ones really hurt as we went passed them. And also only 1 out of the 2 plug sockets worked in kitchen and only 1 plug socket out of 3 in bedroom worked. And the shower was disgusting. And the house cleaning/ maid service could of been a bit more regular throughout our 2 week stay. Shop on site could at least sell magazine/ papers and made sure stock was updated as a couple of times they ran out of milk and bread. Wifi was rubbish and no english channels like advertised. But otherwise a very nice complex. Will stay again if these things were rectified.

Joy lettings. Very efficient in all aspects. The apartment was excellent spacious and clean. Just had a refurb to such a high standard. The shower is my favourite. Satellite tv WiFi and dvd player. Only downside the beds are not the best a little on the hard side. Would deffinatley use them again.

Pools are considered empty as most vacationers swim or sunbathe, almost like a private pool
