Hilton Dalaman Sarigerme Resort & Spa

Not recommended! Booking.com and the Hilton Dalaman Sarigerme Resort & Spa both charged the amount for the holiday to my credit card. There was an apology but to this day (5 months after the holiday) the amount has not been refunded. Passable hotel, but definitely not worth the hassle afterwards!

Definitely, I’ll come back!n+nRoom was really amazing, big, clean.nHotel territory was really beautiful and huge. Amazing nature around, silently.nIt wasn’t crowded.nWiFi was great on all territory.nChef was really great and cuisine was delicious. Even it was gluten-free pancakes and waffles. I saw there so big and delicious olives that I’ve never seen before.nIt was so amazing watching movie open air.nBed was so comfortable and pillows were super soft.nYoga was great, I enjoyed so much.nPianoforte bar was so stylish, I was in love.n-nWe took all inclusive but lunch they didn’t serve, so I felted like I was cheated a bit.nWeighting machine didn’t work and we asked to fix, but no one fix.nAC just for cooling the room it was so cold that we had to ask heater.nCoffee/tea maker didn’t work.nMini bar was included in the price but when we arrived it was empty, they came and fix fast but minibar was poor quality... expected more quality variations.nIt was not vanity kit (so important for me).nSauna was open only till 8pm, it could be really great if they could extend till 11 pm.nNo private disinfection in the room.

I can safely say that I am hard to please when it comes to vacation time and this resort is just best of the best. I even started to purposefully try and find negative things about my stay for jokes but couldn't find anything.nnHuge, clean, lovely pools; beautiful bars and nice signature cocktails I fell in love with (you gotta try Falling Apple, it's the best), very helpful and kind staff, brilliant spa, the main restaurant is 10/10. Everything was perfect. Thanks all

This is our 3rd day in and I am already sad we will be leaving next week.nAs soon as you arrive you are greeted by friendly staff who are very helpful and speak perfect English. Its only 20 minutes drive from the airport too!nThe resort is absolutely huge and stunning in all areas! With attentive staff who are super helpful and friendly! The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous with all different tastes catered for.nnOur room is huge and has pool access which I highly recommend as you can go swimming at anytime straight from your room!nnThe entertainment at night is also fantastic, the beach bar is open until 2am and they also have entertainment.nThe cocktails are fantastic and not watery! Definitely have a strawberry daiquiri!nI will be doing another review upon departure!

I was really pleased with the massage and spa service here. Friendly staff at the front desk (GiZEM + NAMI) and great therapists that knows there job. I will definitely use here again if do come back to this hotel.nnThe hotel experience was very below my expectations. I have been here before and I loved it but this was the worst. Very less staff in the restaurant/lunch areas and bars. Waited 1 hour for the waiter to bring us our drink at the live music night, unbelievable. You need make sure cups are always full for customers to enjoy there night!nWe booked the lake house but had problems 3times eventually got moved to another room. Some staff at the main restaurant was so moody and didn’t want to give more food.! I’ve also seen alcoholic cake served to people without any notice about the alcohol!nnMy 5 star is for the massage n spa not the hotel.
