The hotel is great, rooms are good and the view is amazing ud83dude42nI recommend this place.nOne star less due to staff shortage, otherwise all good.

Stayed there for several days with my family. I think summer is their slow season so it want super crowded. It was mostly foreign tourists staying at the hotel. Our room had a balcony overlooking to the valley. It was an amazing view especially at night. We could see the lights of a couple border cities in Syria.

Very nice and clean historical place. In winter stay in the rooms at enter an level because the ones top doesnt heat well. Breakfast we didn't like but the employees are very friendly

Even the people who are working there are nice, gentle and hospitality but the rooms are awful, NO windows, not clean enough, did not find all my needs like towels or paper toilet tgat was dirty used and found some dirty spots on the pillow. When I asked to change they were honestly helpful but in general it is not a good choice for more than one inforced night. The hotel in the midle of the city center, has a very nice view especially at night you can enjoy your coffee or tea alone or with friends. I could not sleep because of noisy neighbors and the reception took over this. Their breakfast is good and delicious but the salon is not so clean. Rooms have a humity smell when there is no window. Thanks any way for your hospitality.
