Not recommended at all.nnToilet flush was not working...nWater boiler to make tea and coffee was not working and they didn’t have a spare one to give it to us...nNo hot water...nnThe breakfast was a disaster; Cold French fries and a slice of eggplant!!!nnReally really bad service.

We went for sightseeing with my family friends and we stayed for 1 day. The location was good. The rooms are made of stone and it makes you feel that you are in Mardin to the end. It is also nice that the bath has a bath. It would be better if the breakfast was improved just a little bit. If you do not have a car, visit many places with daily tours. There is also the possibility.

The location is great, you can reach the tea gardens and the heart of the old mardin in 3-4 minutes with small steps. Price Service balance is fine. Successful architecture takes you back to the past, especially in stone rooms without windows, you sleep soundly. In addition, all the staff working day and night are extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you Old City Mardin.

We did not expect such a nice hotel for such an affordable price, the hotel was very clean and the working friends were very interested, you can trust and stay without thinking, this will be the only place we will stay in our next Mardin trip.

- It is very convenient in terms of transportation as it is close to the old Mardin entrance (850m). Since it is at the entrance of the city, it is far from the noise and crowd of the city. Already the part called the center of the old city is 10 minutes away on foot. Mansion; 5 minutes to Sakıp Sabancı Museum and 15 minutes to Mardin Museum. In other words, as mentioned, there is no need for a public transportation vehicle and walking through the old city is also very enjoyable.nn- I stayed in a single room with a window and it was really the best room I stayed during my entire GAP tour. Bathrooms and toilets are very hygienic and have everything you need in the room. The lighting and decoration of the room was really good. As if you were sleeping in a museum.nn- They were very good at breakfast. There was an abundant breakfast, which I could call a double, from fried eggs to menemen, cigarette pastries and cheese varieties.nn- Since it is a new place, there may be minor problems, but when I look at the previous comments, it seems to be a place that improves itself day by day. At least I can assure you that anyone who works is very interested in solving the problem. The people at the reception were very interested and friendly.nnHope to see you again soon.
