We stayed 3 nights with my partner. The room was spotless. The most important thing was communication. I forgot the name of the person concerned, but whenever we check in, it felt so good that he appeared at the door of the hotel with a welcome and asked if we needed anything.nWe definitely choose it again and thank you so much, Dave

Beyond the authentic appearance in Mardin, it gives the experience of staying in a real mansion, in a real aga / hanım aga's room. The rooms are extremely authentic. Its employees are friendly and helpful.

Last year we chose this place for a family holiday at Christmas time. It was a bit cold due to the season, but the owner was such a well-meaning gentleman that he brought electric heaters because we had a small child. It was the most attentive breakfast I have ever seen in my life. In a location where you can wander the streets of Mardin.

We chose to stay on our 1-day Mardin trip and we were very satisfied. Cleanliness, price and service were very good. It is a historical mansion very close to Old Mardin. It was a pleasure to watch the view on the terrace in the evening, besides, tea was served and they were very hospitable. I definitely recommend it if you are going to Mardin, we were very pleased with the family. Everything was great, thank you very much :)
