Gazi İlkokulu

It is a historical building built in 1933 as a school building. It was restored in 1988.

Gazi primary school was my school where I started school life in 1980. It shows that the building is based on old wooden floors, concrete corridors and stone walls. This building should be restored and put into service as a museum. To be used as a school, it is a very old and very valuable architecture. work

It is one of the rare historical buildings in Malatya. There's no house around like before. I think the interior can be designed and contributed to the identity of malatya as a museum. For example old induction station illustrated.

Located on Battalgazi District, Saray Quarter and Atatürk Boulevard, the building has two floors on the basement. Gazi Elementary School, which is one of the first works of the Republic in Malatya, is located on a 3530 m2 area with a garden. The façade of the building is completely covered with cut stones.nn40 m facade, 2.35 m in the middle of the front of 2.45 m forwards to the front was removed by mobility. The entrance is provided by a 4m glass door at the front. There is a balcony on the entrance door and a glass arch in the point of view of the balcony which provides passage to the balcony. The curved windows on the facades and at the sides give the building an architectural aesthetic.n nThe entrance door opens to a large entrance. The corridors on the sides of the training pass to classes. The ceiling of the first floor is concrete and the floor and ceiling of the second floor are made of wood. The stairs to the second floor are reached. The large doorway in the center was later divided into class. There are two classes in the corridors. Classes on the first floor were divided and used according to the needs. Basement floor is used as warehouse. The roof of the building is covered with a roof.nnGazi Elementary School, which was one of the first Republican works, was put into service in 1933.
