Turkey Point Camp

Nice quiet areas and friendly staff. The seasonal campers were all great to be around and chat with. The back pool area was amazing and we loved our daily walks around all the sights. Doggie friendly and our little guy had the time of his life watching chipmunks all around his feet. We pulled up an Adirondack chair for him to relax and watch.

Always a great place to camp, however this time we were a bit disappointed. Our site was littered with plastic bottles, and the bushes had an abundance of toilet paper in them. Someone had removed all of the toilet paper from all of the dispensers in the washrooms.nnA site adjacent to us with 8 young makes was very loud until after 4 am. No patrols to check it out.nnIt is NOT the fault of the park, but people are very disrespectful of the environment and those around them.nnLeave your site cleaner than you found it, and don't bother others.

Beautiful big sites. We were there in October the week before they closed . It was peaceful and quiet. I don't know what it like in the summer but we are certainly going to find out. If you like chipmunks this is the place to go. If you don't feed them they don't come near but you certainly get a chuckle.

Had a great time camping with friends. Amenities were easily accessible and the staff was very friendly.nnPlanning to go again in September.
