Prompt and reasonably priced service, was there when I needed them in a pinch.

Scheduled an appointment for Monday 1-3pm. After 3 I called only to be told “oh sorry we didn’t put you in the schedule”. A new appointment was setup for Wednesday evening but they would call me that morning to give a time. Around 10am I called and was told you’ll be the last one this evening and we will call ahead of time. At 6:30pm I called them to be told “we have a situation at eagle creek and the guy that was gonna come to your house has been sent over there”. I informed them I’ll just get a different company to do the work and was told “good luck their isn’t many of us”. Well I did call a new company the next morning and they were here within the hour.

Scheduled for 11 on Thursday. At 11 Ryan called and said he could not be there until later and I was not able to wait on him. We planned for the following day after 2:30, said he would call me when he left his last job in Mooresville, it is now the following Tuesday, no call. Seemed like a very nice guy and interested in the job when I called and spoke with him, sent him pics of the locks and the key, etc in preparation for the work to be completed. Disappointed that he did not follow through.
