Radisson Blu Hotel Kayseri

My wife and I have been on the road for two weeks traveling around Turkey and have stayed at numerous hotels in various cities. I'm here to tell you that Radisson Blu Hotel in Kayseri is the very best hotel we've experienced during our travels.nnThis marvelous experience started at the front desk, Irfat (the manager) and Merve were super friendly, spoke fluent English which made our check in very welcoming and smooth.nnThe lobby is gorgeously decorated and super clean. The marble floors were sparkling clean.nnOur room was very spacious, smelled fresh and was equally sparkling clean.nnThe room is equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need and the bathroom was stocked with all the toiletries a person might want.nnThe bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and suitable for a good night sleep which what my wife and I had.nnThe next morning we went to the restaurant for our breakfast and we were pleasantly greeted and ushered to a table. The breakfast was fresh, more than plentiful and delicious. We couldn't have asked for anything better.nnOur stay here was very delightful and the entire staff here are very friendly and gracious.nnI highly recommend it for a super fabulous and super enjoyable stay.

Managment system is very bad.!!!nHotel furnishings is good.nPersonal is very firendly.nClean and location is ver convenient.nnWe ate at the roof bar and drank something, I wanted to pay the bill. I signed bill room change. When we go elevator. Waiters came and he said. Please you have to pay now. Cash or credit card. We can’t charge to room. Really so I shamed. I have 5-6 guest.

The place was very nice I love it.! and it’s near the square of downtown of Kayseri , the stuff are good and rooms are very clean comfortable, it’s really 5 stars.

Very friendly staff, nice clean rooms with super view. Location is very good as situated near main bazar. The most thing I have liked is there Super Breakfast

Excellent service. Ahmet Kilavuz at reception made my stay very comfortable. He organised a car for me to hire, he even helped me organise my day trips.
