If you like your mental health, please do never go there, they don't know anything, barely speaking English.nHorrible service, slow and totally non-professional workers. Print a document takes 15 minutes. They are fast only when they are about to receive money.n4 people helped me on the desk and no one of them knew what they're doing.nnSimple thing took around 30 minutes to explain, so they understand, because their English is below A1 level.nnHorrible horrible horrible

You have the most irresponsible lost office in the airlines with my luggage lost in the connected flight and still not getting a clear answer after 24 hours ....

I received a message saying that my cargo has arrived. When I arrived at the airport, I learned that my cargo did not arrive. They don't pick up the phone either. In other words, it is only learned at the branch whether the cargo has arrived or not.
