Long walk away from metro. It takes at least 5 minutes to heat up the water which is barely warm to shower. Shower head is broken. Staff is not informative and not much smiles. The worst airport hotel experience I have ever experienced.

It’s my second time staying at Orty Airport Hotel. Both times were great! The staff speaks English well and are very helpful. They quickly solve any problem as and answer any question. Room service, restaurant, cleaning service are all exceptional. We stayed for 4 nights and my room has been cleaned every day without me asking for it. I was also provided a baby crib. To say we had a comfortable stay is not enough. It was great!

terrible experience... lady at the dest tried to charge me twice...food was too cold...damaged rooms...NOT GOOD AT ALL!
