I wish I had read the comments here before I gave my shoes. They said we will be ready to send you a message within 1 week. I just bought the product, the laces were unwashed, the adhesive on the back of the brand was removed, they didn't even stick it. My expectation for the money I gave was very different. Never give your shoes.

We cannot get information about our sneakers that we gave to Mavibahçe store 15 days ago for renovation. Our messages are not responded and our phones cannot be turned on.

It is a reward to give even 1 star to this business. I was deceived by the quality of the Mavibahçe AVM and gave 6 shoes to this company. Even if I am writing here some of my experiences here is enough to increase my nervous coefficient ... I do not even count the 65 TL they bought for 1 man 1 woman 1 woman who doesn't know what the solution means, the customer satisfaction, their knowledge there, and the shoes. 3 months ago, I could only buy 4 of my shoes, which I paid for in advance, and they don't even know the fate of my 2 shoes. I searched many times, and there was no opening, I went at least 5 times, every move was disappointed. I do not know what happened to my shoelaces, nor do they ... We will call you and tell them the best thing they knew, if they had called, I would not go 5 times in 3 months. I complained to the management of the mall, and they also cared about it. If they think I will leave this job with them, they should know that they are wrong. If no solution is found, I will start the legal process.

I gave you shoes, Max. They said 1-1.5 weeks, it took 3 weeks. When I called, it was said that the courier took it wrong, I called the next day, it was said in the workshop, but they made my shoes very clean and beautiful.
